You are using the wrong products.
1] trim the split ends so they don't progress up the hair shaft and make it look worse! You should trim it AT LEAST every 8 weeks so ends are healthy.
2] switch brands. Try Pantene, Herbal Essence,Garnier - any DIFFERENT drugstore brand.
3] frizzy is not the same as dry. Try a shampoo and conditioner [ use conditioner on shaft of hair, DON"T rub into roots! ] for classically clean or smooth and sleek hair.
Lather up twice the first time you use it, and follow the rest of instructions. Try a deep conditioner for your type hair 2x a week at first [ rinse well, especially if you have hard water ], then once a week. Don't use any product on your hair for a few days [ wear a clean hat scarf, or braid ], and wash all your combs and brushes to get rid of all the gunk.
4] try Frizz-Eze brand hair serum - it works great if you follow instructions.

Your split ends will not go away - they need to be cut. The frizziness is from your hair being dry. Your hair is trying to pull moisture from the air.
If you're using drugstore shampoo, it will probably contribute to the greasiness you're feeling - most of them have waxes to make your hair *look* shiny, instead of actually *making* your hair healthy enough to shine.
My recommendation is to make a trip to a salon/professional beauty supply store (like Ulta), ask someone there for a recommendation - they're professionals. Get a shampoo for oily scalp, a moisturizing conditioner and a humectant styling product or a good glossing finisher. A humectant will help seal in the moisture from your hair.

Number one go to a professional salon and get those split ends cut. also there is a product out called " It's a 10" also use cool water when shampooing, hot water and scrubbing just stimulate the oil glands and produce more oil. Ask your stylist about products. There are great professional products for all your problems. You can also go to a health food store for vitamins to help with hair growth. but your hair will just keep splitting up the hair shaft if u don't get them cut, and it will make ur hair frizzy

use greasy hair and/or frizzyless shampooo and dont put conditioner on ur scalp coz it can make ur hair more greasy, start washing your hair less as sometimes the more u wash your hair the greasier it gets, it is probably frizzy because you wash it so much. dont brush your hair lots as it makes it more greasy, get your hair cut in a bob which is very hot this season and will get rid of your split ends and make it slightly more manageable

I think you're washing your hair too much, you can over-activate the sebum glands in your scalp with too much manipulation. (Sebum glands produce the "oil"). Use good quality shampoos, for oily hair/scalp, and deep condition. Stop using the straightening iron, if you can. Maybe you could start just blowing it out with an ion hair dryer and round brush. That would help distribute the oils down the hair shaft to your ends.

i might say so you might objective it the moist way. after your completed dont dry it to plenty then positioned some gel in it and scrunch it and then spray another curl spray in it in basic terms for an extra carry. and then bobbypin your bangs right into a bump that some women folk do on their heads (very cute) and there you bypass. Have a brilliant time!
