I want to lose about 20 lbs. and tone up but when I go to the gym I don't have a consistent workout I just do random things. Please help!

Ask how much it costs for a trainer at the gym. Most trainers do 1 session for free and after that it ranges but I know my gym is only $10 a session.

The circuits are designed for optimal workouts. Start off with close to an hour of cardio. Then do the circuit in the order labeled. That uses the muscles in the best possible order.

However a trainer can help you focus on whatever your problem areas are and help you figure out how much your body can handle--as you don't want to hurt your muscles but you don't want to waste time by not working out to the max of your ability.

Also consider signing up for the classes. Many gyms offer multiple classes for a very minimal fee and they are phenominal fat burning workouts.

You definitely need a plan--you dont want to be using the machines incorrectly and risk hurting yourself or not getting the workout you deserve.
