It sounds to me like an incisional hernia or a hiatus hernia which is a condition aggravated by strong stomach acid.
I'd go to your doctor demanding a check for these.

Could be numerous things though it is more than likely to be acid reflux combined with an Hiatus hernia.
You need to get it checked out as it can make you feel mighty uncomfortable. Try and avoid anything with high amount of acid such as fruit drinks, alcohol, fatty foods. Bending over can irritate as well as wearing anything tight round the middle. Also what you might find helpful is to raise the top end of you bed about 1" put a book or magazines either side so that the bed is on a slight slant. This prevents the acid from regurgitating back into the oesophagus.
Meanwhile until you are able to get back to see your doctor buy some gasviscon. When you do see your doctor explain and tell him all your symptoms and he may send you to have a baruim meal to see what is the cause of your discomfort.
I hope it is just acid reflux and not a hiatus hernia as well.

Demand a scope done from your doctor. Obviously something is wrong with your stomach and unless they do a scope which I had done they wont be able to help you. Today we have to demand things because they just guess and hand out pills that is what our health care system is about. I had a lot of stomach problems for years and finally had a scope done and fount out I had a hernia and ACID REFLUX. I am now on proper medication and diet and I am very comfortable no pain. Tell the Doctor to send you for the test it is not fun but you will finally figure out what is wrong with you. Good luck.

This sounds like you have an infection. The green discharge is not normal and along with the pain indicates an infection. Its not a urine infection but could be anaerobic strep caused by the coil. If I were you I would ask for a swab...the same as a smear this shows up infection. Also I would seriously consider having this coil removed it doesn't sound too good to me.

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome or acid reflux disease.
I would go to another doctor and ask him to do tests for these.
I have both of the above and my symptoms are the same as yours.
Simple changes to your diet can help greatly.

What do you eat? Processed food and high fat foods can cause very severe stomach trouble. Could be gall stones too. Your gall bladder can only handle so much fat before it gives you trouble.

Perhaps see a chiropractor. Sometimes when your back is out neck or even your hips, it can cause all sorts of havoc with the rest of your body (indigestion, heart burn etc.).

It sounds like it is related to the gall bladder. My mom has the same thing and may have to get her gall bladder removed. Please ask the doctor to check this out.
