Hon, I feel for you, I really do, but you are FAR to young to be going on a date.
There's something you need to realize: For a guy, dating = screwing. If a guy says he's "dating" a girl, he's sleeping with her. If you're not ready for that (trust me, you aren't.) then you're not ready to date yet.
Its the law that you can't consent as an adult to sex until age 18. Try to shoot for 16 at the earliest.

i don`t think your too young to date i just think that you two should never be by your self because that was my biggest mistake but anywayjust wait until your 16 its only 3 years and it will come around sooner then you know it

Hope he's a nice guy...and 13 is a good age to start dating...Depends on your maturity level as well..

as long as your parents are cool with it.
if your parents aren't, then that means they think your too young so you need to stick with the group dates until they think you're ready
