There is no easy solution here.. on the surface it sounds like an electrical problem (pulse, bad or low battery, short in the clock or something that is always on).. it could be so many things that the cost to hunt it down might be more then having an aftermarket unit installed.

One option.. if it is a separate unit, go buy a new alarm module from a wrecker and swap it out.. see if the problem goes away. That way the cost should be minimized and you might get lucky.....

i own a repair shop ,and you may have a small energy draw on it causing this to happen,also if its not parked in a good level pot this can cause it also ,those are very sensitive alarms,and they work mainly on voltage drops,so make sure nothing is staying on or the battery isn't loosing power,the last one of those i worked on ,had a battery going bad in it,after i replaced it,it never did it any more,you may also have to replace the battery to get it to stop doing this,good luck with it hope this helps.

take car to audio/alarm place..ur alarm my be set to sensative
