They are fine to eat, but may be a little dry and the fruit a little chewier than normal. I would bring them back to the store and get your money back, though. The store workers should be but probably aren't aware that they were out of date. This should get them off the shelf, anyway and you could get something fresher.

I am fussy about dates. My rule is:
Dairy gets thrown out 2 days before the expiration date.
Anything else gets thrown out by the expiration date.
I'll eat anything after the best by date, as long as it isn't a dairy product (like canned ensure).
Since you are eating a grain/sugar product, eating it after the use by date is okay, as long as it doesn't exceed 6 months. It's a non-perishable item because of all the preservatives. If there was an expiration date, the package would list it.

The dates on items like that are moreso a guideline for freshness and when it's "best before". It doesnt mean it's bad afterwards. It will be good for years after the date in some cases.
You will be fine, the company just doesnt want people eating product that lost some of it's taste or texture because it's been sitting in the cupboard for too long.

February is a little far back. I'd return it to the store to get another package ASAP. I dont think you're in harms way. If it had expired in Feb, I'd a little more worried. "Best by" means that the quality is best by that date, but is still ok to eat afterward.

Those dates are more for the store to remove them from the shelf. AND for the Mfg to guarantee freshness.
The product MAY still be good for months,, years.
don't throw out your receipts. You can always return it for an exchange.

I think you are perfectly fine. A date on a product like that is more showing their concern for it being fresh rather than that it suddenly goes into something that will kill you.
