I am 42 years old and I do excerise daily,I am 5'3 and my body seems fine except for my belly from having 3 kids...LOL

Yes- slightly. You should be 120 for your height and you will be very psyched.

your weight is no problem. But you need to make belly exercises. Lay on your bed. Hang your head over the foot of your bed. Be comfortable. Now make sit ups . Start out with 5, 7, 10, 15 20 and as much in time as you can do. You will see a difference. There are other exercises that don't take longer than 10 minutes and have great result over time.140 is the limit in weight you should carry for 5'3.

Your BMI is 26.6 which is technically overweight. There have been a few studies that show that having a slightly elevated BMI actually increases your life span. While you may be able to lose a few pounds, your weight doesn't seem like it is putting your health in jeopardy.

noway i wish i was 150 lbs lol i'm pushing 280 lbs i'd say thats a great weight to be at and happy early birthday enjoy

Taking age into consideration, no, that's actually a pretty healthy weight.
