i was talking to a friend and she is on this diet that she has been telling me all about and she metioned that she no longer eats dairy products like milk cheese and said its beacuse they are bad for you and she doesnt eat white bread cus its bad???????????is this true i thought milk was good for you bones does anyone know of such things and whats wrong with white bread???

the human body needs dairy products to stay healthy, but there are other sources for calcium and vitamin D. white bread is not a good choice because the nutrients are all gone. whole wheat is a much better choice. white bread isn't bad, just not all that good.

That is a bunch of baloney. Low fat dairy products are some of the healthiest things you can eat. They are relatively low in calories, and contain high amounts of protein and bone building calcium. They should not be eaten to excess, and certain dairy products such as full fat/calorie cheeses and ice creams should definitely be eaten in moderation.

White bread isn't necessarily "bad" for you, but there are certainly healthier options. It is made of unbleached flour, which is not as healthy as whole wheat flour. It is metabolized much more quickly as sugar than it's complex coutnerparts.

good if you didn't eat everything they said was bad for you, you would died of stravtion ( beef ( BSE)is bad eggs are bad fruits water is bad drink is bad for you if you eat too much of anything its usually bad there are a few rare cases where people actually have alleges to things such as nuts etc but usually the best thing to is have a balanced diet and no not beer chips currys everyday
