No you wont...Child Support and Visitation are two different things...My only suggestion to you is, file the papers asking for visistation with your child(ren). You can found these papers in District Court

I really think that it depends on your state or county. In my area when you have a child support hearing visitation is also granted at that time. Go to or call your local Family Court and speak with one of the clerks, they will be able to tell you more of your options and how and when to file the necessary paper work for visitation. Support and visitation are separate issues. You should see an attorney about this if you and the mother cannot work it out between yourselves.

Not unless you put it in your response, if nothing was in the court papers no, but you can get a amendment form and have it added, you better do that right away.Good Luck
