So you can quote one part of the Bible to try to prove your point, but you can ignore another part when it's convenient? Jesus was talking about Him being physically sent. He plainly told His disciples after the resurrection, "Go ye into ALL THE WORLD and make disciples." Matthew Chapter 28 - read it.

The concept of Jesus as Savior, and the new covenant, is for everyone.
John 4:39-42
"From that city many of the Samaritans believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, "He told me all the things that I have done." So when the Samaritans came to Jesus, they were asking Him to stay with them; and He stayed there two days. Many more believed because of His word; and they were saying to the woman, "It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves and know that this One is indeed the Savior of the world."
The Jews were to have no dealings with Samaritans.
Acts, written by the apostle Luke, gives a good account of Christianity being not only for the Jews, but for Gentiles as well. The Messiah was promised to them, and it caused a great deal of controversy when God's Spirit showed He was for all people.
The children of Ishmael CAN enter into this new covenant, even though they are not descendants of Issac.

Read what the new testament of the Bible says about Islam, as well as unconverted Jews, and anyone else who denies the authentic nature of Jesus Christ:
1Jo 2:20 But you have the unction from the Holy One and know all things.
1Jo 2:21 I have not written to you as to them that know not the truth, but as to them that know it: and that no lie is of the truth.
1Jo 2:22 Who is a liar, but he who denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is Antichrist, who denieth the Father and the Son.
1Jo 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. He that confesseth the Son hath the Father also.
1Jo 2:24 As for you, let that which you have heard from the beginning abide in you. If that abide in you, which you have heard from the beginning, you also shall abide in the Son and in the Father.
2Jo 1:7 For many seducers are gone out into the world who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a seducer and an antichrist.

There is only one covenant for all, That is the NEW Covenant made through Jesus Christ, Yes it is true God said he will make Ishmeal seed to be a mighty nation, But it will not be where God Promised Abraham because the promised seed came to Issacc, And that is in Israel. Now the word I used for Ishmeal decendents, & the word I used mighty, that does not mean Military might, But their seed shall be numeious.

It's a good thing God has a good filing system to keep track of all these covenants.
