Well... as along as the lines, circumstances, or the boundaries are set in stone about sex and sex only.. and you and your neighbor are seriously willing to stick to it and do so... go right ahead.. but if you any doubts about then don't do it... (cause that's your heart telling NO!) Because just - sex relationship... are really easy at first (because everybody love sex without the strings)... but you or him starts to develop feelings for the other and they are not returned... then... you have huge problem...

Its fine if you establish before anything happends that all there can ever be is sex & once eaither one of you get in a commited relationship it's over, then have fun. I don't see anything wrong with it.
