If you have bought the program did it work for you?
I want to buy it for my mom and grandma Because they don't have time to go to the gym to lose weight and this program seems perfect because its only 7 minutes a day
but i don't want to waste my money on some other fake product that only works for "some" people
so please tell me your results =]

I have not used this program yet.. I purchased it online last night... I have used the Body Flex program by the same lady.... The body flex worked for me... I got this new one to change up my exercise program.. If you dont know of the body flex program, check it out.... it did work for me
