Unless you were drinking absolutely nothing,I doubt it is dehydration. You have symptoms of a tension headache, most probably brought on by stress.Did you ever consider the possibility of having a stiff neck due to sleeping improperly? It has happened to me.Try a long hot shower and a couple of Advil or Excedrin.Should do the trick. If you have no relief in a day or so.Go see your doctor.Good Luck.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success proves it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

Hi
Potentially :
Stress
Flu/cold - is it just a cough?
Dehydration
Other - anything else you have had in the past?
But unsure?
In any event drink lots of water even if you do not feel like it.
Go to a doctor if this carries on?

1 main reason people get headaches or migraines is being your neck could be out of place. Going to a chiropractor could fix you right up!

Stress perhaps, do you wear glasses? If you do you might want to get your eyes checked too. It could be that the reading of your glasses are too low/high for your eyesight.

I think its dehydration. Increase your fluid intake for the next few days and it should go away.
