This, coming from the creepy, old guy. Don't push and don't trap him. If he's not asking, he probably has good reason. There's a young guy at the church I attend. He'd been "dating" this fine looking little honey. Having taken some time to talk to her, I found things weren't quite connecting upstairs as they should. She was begging him to marry her. Next thing you know, she's pregnant... Boy was he mad. They're "married." It's rough. Moral of the story, if he doesn't "love" you enough to want to be with you the rest of your lives, then don't push the issue. Let it grow or let it go.

You just need to be patient and wait until he is ready to pop the question. You can't ask him to marry you cause he may say that he is not ready and maybe break up with you. Don't push him just wait...

If you are the one for him you don't have to do anything he will do it on his own. Pushing the issue of marriage for someone who is not ready only leads to a break up or divorce down the road.

Why dont you ask him to marry you? You shouldnt push him to ask you, he will when he is ready. Again, if your ready, ask him.

How about some more info? How long have you two been together?

You shouldn't try to "get" him to ask you. If he's ready, he'll ask.

You don't. If he isn't ready to ask, you'll be sorry you pushed the issue.
