It depends on the racecourse you want to go to.
If you do not have a credit card you will not be able to buy online or over the phone. Your only alternative is to turn up on the day and buya ticket on the gate - this is what most people do.
Very few race meetings sell out these days, so providing you arrive a good hour or so before the first race you shouldn't have a problem getting a ticket.

I don't understand your question. I buy my ticket to a race track when I go to the race track.
