Wow, it could be from so many things. :( I have constant headaches, and just about every kind you can get.

I have migraines.
Sinus headaches.
TMJ {Problem with the joint in your jaws}
Stress Headaches
Bad Neck Position so causes headaches
Tinnitus {Ringing in the ear that can cause headaches}
Low levels of sugar, iron, sodium and blood pressure.
You also can have headaches because of the foot wear you wear, no joke. From not having the right prescription lenses for your glasses, or you may need glasses if you don't have them already. Drinking water is very crucial to having a pain free head, I have to drink over 2L a day of water. Exercise, CARDIO at least three times a week, 45 minutes each time will open up the blood vessels in your head. Allergic reactions can also cause headaches, and many foods are migraine triggers. Some people can't have chocolate, or milk, or processed meats or aspertame. Weather, especially constantly changing every day weather can cause headaches. Not enough or too much sleep can too. A bad mattress can make your neck seize up and cause headaches. The lists are endless I'm afraid. For now take some advil, and call your doctor for an appointment. Keep a journal starting today if you can, and write down what you eat and when. What the weather, temperature and pressure is, and your daily activities. Write down what your pain is like, and when it changes through out the day, write how it changed and when. After a couple months you'll be able to find some of the things that aid in causing your headaches. Still, while keeping this journal, talk to your doctor about the specific kinds of pain you are having. I have a headache that never goes away, it just varies in pain from day to day, they found out it's nerve damage, and I'm on a drug now that MOSTLY keeps the pain under tolerable levels. :) I wish you all the best, as I live with a constant headache and know how you feel. :( {HUGS}

Some of the reasons which cause headache are hypertension, over work, mental stress, indigestion, sleeplessness, fever, anemia, deficiency of oxygen in the blood, etc. Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/ for more info

A variety of things can cause headaches. If you get them every day you might have something misaligned in your neck or something. Or it might be a sign of a more serious condition.

If you have the means, you should probably consult a doctor regarding it.

I get headaches whenever the pressure changes rapidly (like before a huge thunderstorm). It's like having a barometer in my head. Fortunately one alleve will knock it clean out.

Are you drinking enough water, you could be dehydrated.

If you use the computer a lot, check your posture. Make sure that your PC position is at the right place, not too low/too high for you.

If your cervicals (neck bones) are out of place you can get bad headaches.

I would suggest you visit an osteopath, to check & treat your vertebral column.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success proves it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

The only persons who could tell you what is causing your headaches is a medical doctor or chiropractor. You need to have a thorough examination as soon as possible. That's the only solution for now.
