I asked my husband this right after I read this to see what he would say and he said food and sex did the trick. LOL So I wanted to pass that on.

Animist. Food has sustained me since I got up this morning. What has inspired me is the tree lined avenue I walk down to get to the office. What keeps me going is the thought of my family.

My walk at 4:30am awoke in me an awareness of the Earth that has gotten me to this point so far.

Oh! Also toast with peanut butter on it and green tea! And a little ginseng.
