That is cat acne. Are you using plastic bowls for food or water? If so, change them to stainless steel. The bacteria on the bowls causes this. Make sure to wash the bowls every day.

Yes, one of my cats used to get that when I used to use plastic bowls. It's feline acne, as the others have said. Your vet will probably give you a medicated scrub for her chin to help clear it up. You can help it in the meantime, and prevent it from reoccurring by switching to glass, stainless steel, or ceramic food & water bowls instead of plastic, and washing them regularly.

The term is "feline acne". My female cat gets bad acne breakouts on her chin. The vet told me that if I wanted to lessen her breakouts, to wash her face after meals. I know cats clean themselves, but if you gently take a warm washcloth and wipe the area after meals (especially wet food meals) it will make a difference. Don't pick at them either. Like humans there's no 100% way of preventing pimples.

I'm with Deidre on this one. It's cat acne, switch from plastic bowls to ceramic or stainless steel and wash them regularly. It's like blackheads on cats. Actually my dog got it once too. If it doesn't clear up, take her to the vet. But honestly wouldn't worry too much, just change those bowls ASAP!

Another possibility might be ringworm. You can tell with a black light; it fluoresces.
Lamisil works best, soak the crust off and dab it on 2x a day, it should be better in a couple days but continue treatment for a week. Wash your hands afterwards as it is con-ta-gious!!!
