On graduation day we are presenting flowers to the girls, but we can't think of anything for the boys...any idea?

a lot of times at graduations the boys get flowers as well. it is important to give each the same thing because then the girls want the guys gift and so on and so forth lol. often times i am sure the boys (and the girls as well) like to give the flowers to their parents after the ceremony. hope this helps! Rather than give the girls flowers, give all of the kids something somewhat useful and permant. A keychain with their graduation date on it, a glass with the school mascott & graduation date on it. If you give the guys something like that, and the girls flowers, I would be annoyed if I were a girl because the boys would have a permanant memory of their graduation, and mine would be dead in a few days.

When I graduated, both boys and girls got a boutonierre (sp?) for their gowns. I saved mine, dried it out and made a wreath with it and other corsages. So I wouldn't say it can't be a keepsake. And that was 16 years ago!

flowers would be a great idea for the boys also . just how many times will a guy get flowers in his life . bet ya would be surprized at their reactions

Why do ppl think flowers are only for girls???? You can very well give the guys flowers too! I don't see any prob in that!

The idea of a generic gift is great....key chain, with class of '07, mug or pen....oriental trading company.com is a great place to get stuff in bulk if you need a lot...but make sure it is cool....you want them to feel special too... :)

but most just want their diploma and to get outta there LOL
the men at my job want to through their two cents in and say: beer mug, shat glass.....
