Red eye is caused by the flash reflecting from the retina.
You can reduce this by toggling the flash button to the red-eye setting (where it blinks a few times before taking the picture), or you can retouch your pictures and remove red-eye after the fact. The Nikon View software that came with your camera can do this with one mouse click. So can most image editors these days - it's a very common problem.

What you are seeing is the reflection of the capillaries inside the eyes. You can put a piece of tissue over the flash, or you can use photo software to get rid of the "red eye". Unless you soften the flash, there really is nothing you can do about it other than use the software. You could also try using an external flash and read up on how to use it - direct flash versus reflected flash will give you different results.

The ideas's eye is very effectual. So in that way, i think of your actual features do no longer mildew your character, given which you have your individual view of what you appear to be, maybe having no longer something to do with the certainty. i think of, however, that the reactions you get from human beings do mildew your character. In different words, in case you have been teased as a baby for having some actual trait, i think of which could stay with you as the two a unfavorable or, in case you combat it, a favorable stress. thrilling question, however.
