It may have something to do with dry climate. I noticed when my best friend from high school came to visit me here in Michigan, she was much more wrinkled than me and we are the same age. She lives in Phoenix and has for many years.
Too, like Barbara above me said, I've heard that cigarette smoking will also dry the skin, causing wrinkles. Women should use lots of skin moisturizers to compensate for this.

Wrinkles are dehydrated skin, so in other words it is not only matured or older people that can and will get wrinkles. What a person needs to do from very young is to look after once skin, for that is the only one you have. Harsh conditions, hot/cold/dry weather plays a big part in the dehydration of the skin and since the skin is made up of layers, a wrinkle starts at the inner level and gradually and eventually will be at the outer layer, where the full wrinkle is then visible to the eye. The reason some youngsters as young as high school can start to show wrinkles also depends on the pigmentation of the skin, lighter skin co lours tends to show wrinkles easier than the darker skin colors. So it has nothing to do with the age in general, although the older you are the more moisture you loose and dryness is the most common reason why people tends to get wrinkles. So look after the skin, feed it and eat healthy meals. Take care and look after yourself.

I'm not sure about on the forehead. I know wrinkles around the mouth can be caused by smoking. Facial wrinkles can be caused by tanning, either by the sun or by tanning booths. Bags under eyes are usually caused by lack of sleep and/or drugs. Your forehead wrinkles when you frown. Maybe from late studying, lots of reading, lack of sleep, trying to focus on books, concentrating on homework.

You'd be amazed on how you can cause many of your own wrinkles just by your daily facial movements. Get decent sleep, relax all of your facial muscles daily, wash with cool fresh water, cucumber slices on eyes, green tea bags on eyes can all help. I've even read a light layer of mayo on forhead from hairline to eyebrows softens the skin and might reduce wirnkles. Not sure if it's true.

Lack of sleep, partying hard will bring out the bags. As for wrinkley foreheads, excessive tanning is not a good thing...

From not wearing sunglasses can really cause your wrinkles early. Once I went to the Bahamas without my shades for several weeks and when I returned home I had a whole new set of wrinkles..around my eyes and on my forehead so squinting can cause wrinkles big time.

Skin wrinkles typically appear as a result of aging processes such as glycation or, temporarily, as the result of prolonged (more than a few minutes) immersion in water. Wrinkling in skin is caused by habitual facial expressions, aging, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, and various other factors

So mainly from the sun and facial expressions like smiling and frowning too much.

Thats sad... its most likely from tanning & smoking. My grandmother is nearly 70 and has no wrinkles, and my mom doesn't either. I don't know what their secret is, but they don't tan or smoke. All that extra UV in tanning breaks down the natural elasticity in your skin. Smoking takes away oxygen from your skin as well.

It is probably the result of too much tanning, staying up late, and partying.
