Yeah, that can be hard to do. We sometimes hope that if we ignore them and try and forget about them, they will try and forget about us. Obsessed girls are no fun to have to deal with, so we do what we do with all our problems: just try and cover them up without ever really dealing with the problem.

It's the easy way out! Men are basically cowards and don't have the nerve to tell women that they are no longer interested, instead, they do play the avoidance games. A lot of men also like for women to chase them-chase can be good if it's just for the chase, and not because he tired of the situation.

If as guy came to you and said I have lost interest in you, what would your response be:
A. Thank you for coming by and telling me.
B. Why, tell me the reason why!
C. How can you do this, I love you so much boo hoo boo hoo
For those of you who were honest and chose B or C that is the reason. Often there is no good reason for losing interest and it is easier to let you figure it out on your own.

Some men just can't bring themselves to tell you they don't want to be with you. They fear the crying and the guilt trips so they try to get you to do it for them by avoiding you and making excuses...etc. I know plenty of females who've done this too! I don't think it's a gender thing!

That's right Nozee.. I agree with you. Guys are guys, they will just walk away like that without telling us that they want to desert us.. Most guys these days are simply jerks! They hurt you and got the cheek to play good role at the same time.. this is so confusing. Hard to understand them at times. They are totally the opposite of us ladies...

If only young men, and mature men would understand how important it is to just end the relationship rather than avoiding it. Well this goes for ladies too as some are just as quilty.
You can be the mature one here and speak to him directly indicating you would have respected him more if he would have said something to you directly.

Girls do the exact same thing....I'm a girl and if I lost interest I avoid them because I don't like confrontation or drama. I have also tried the "I am not interested please don't call me" and omg the guy would NOT stop calling me! He also was begging me to give him another chance. Pathetic!!!

It's just avoiding conflict. If he tells you he doesn't want to see you anymore, it can lead to a discussion of why, and he probably doesn't have the balls to tell you why.
Let him go. Find a new guy. It's the only way to get over the old one.

Because they are just not interested anymore, and they feel they have no reason to explain, and why should they? (there is no way to sugar coat it,) it's a big world with lots of people and people change there mind .....it's life...... relax and move on.
