You did not say how old you are. But you are under 18 years of age.
In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
You said you have been Cycling. That is a good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises on floor.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.
In other words do things that require stanching.

Why does it matter??Be proud of who you are and how you were born. I am only 4'11" and ,yes people usually say something about how short I am , but that is OK. It is not mean but everyone says how 'cute' I am. Maybe that is not the same for a guy but my son who is 12 and very short ,has lots of friends and they call him 'shorty' and stuff but everyone loves him too. People will only make fun of you in a mean way if they see that you are ashamed of yourself or if they know it bothers you. Laugh with them because you can't really change it unless you want to go for heightening surgery where they break your leg bones and stretch them to make them grow back longer.OUCH!!! No one can increase their height unless they wear high heals.
There is a way surgically, where in extreme cases they break and reset the bones in your legs several times and you can grow a few inches this way. I don't know how tall you are - or your age - but I wouldn't do this. - I'm 5 foot 1.

Just start hanging.

that's a classic top, and that i assume, the top of lady strengthen even after 18 years.. so which you elect no longer difficulty. even then in case you elect to positioned on a top extra, you have good sleep, good eating ordinary and powerful excercise like rope...

playing basketball;
doing pull ups on monkey bars;
drinking milk twice a day;
cycling everyday;
also skiping helps.
