when someone is medically unfit it means that the there are some physical activities that the person cannot perfprm due to his biological make-up and could have some back-drops if he compels himself to do so.
The condition of a medically unfit person is that of one in intense misery and phobia. The individual tends to be restricted in some of physical activities.
