I believe the easiest way to cry, is to use the power of our emotions. I do believe that if we know how to use our emotions we can command it & be our servant.

Thinking of our saddest event in our life like, embarassing moment, saddest experience& etc. can generate tears.
U can also use onions if u want to cry within a seconds or minute.

hmmmm...well if your not generating your own tears, you could have clogged tear ducts. Or even an infection. If your asking as in can you cry on the spur of the moment without grief or sorrow yes it is possible. I have seen young girls do it on que to get what they want at that time. Women in studies are shown to have a time of tears to clear their emotions and minds. It is just something some people need. And putting things into ones eyes without proper supervision of a physician is well...very dangerous. Some tears drop inducers have been tampered with before and can cause injury to the eyes or even blindness.

For me 2 things never fail.
1. Watching AI
2. Seeing sad stories that involve children in the papers. I remember a story about an Israeli misile attack on a Palestinian village. There was a simple photo that showed 2 shoes from different children in a pool of blood. As a father of 2 that really had an effect on me.
