For the latest scams and such check out Snopes, they keep very good track of them on there - http://www.snopes.com
Had a look at the site, it does look genuine but you can never really tell.

safe as it seems, please dont take the risk. Anyway to do with money, do it physically. Purchase your tickets at the counters. You know , when you are lucky, there is this aura around you, you need to connect it to the site of fortune.
