maybe the problem is not with your computer, maybe it is just a problem with the video it self. If that is not true maybe your browser setting are wrong. Also maybe your internet provider is just really slow.

this is something got to do with your internet connection ? you did not mention how you are connected but surely if using modem or lan it might be slow, i suggest get a bigger connection
