right now im doin 40 paralell bar dips per day.its been going on for a week.tread mill 10 mins with an average of 10 kmph.free squats 15.In between the paralell bar dips i do like a 20 second treadmill running with speed 19.2 kmph and the streches finally.Im desperate to have a good shape and not a bulky one.can anybody suggest me how the routine should be done is it necessary that u do the treadmill first and then the the paralell dips .is there any particular sequence in which this is to be done.I would like to know what i can add to my routine or change it.

you are doing wrong ! sorry to bring it like that ..

the rest is more important in building muscles than exercise itself .. it is 100% recommended to rest 2-3 days following a work out to allow your muslces to build up and heal after the strain they've been in ..

start with the spcific excersice and then the general .. so i would say do the squats at the end coz it will work nearly all body, the running i would do it to worm up in the beginning and in the end to warm down ..

If you belong to a gym there should be a trainer to help you.
