hey buddies i have broad hips like females not as much but they are broader than normal and if i gain wait they became obvious any solution for them excersize now a days i m on dieting and performing excersize

this is what my gym instructor said
streching to the core sideways. u got to stop taking dinner u can gobble in the morning and evening. no cheese no butter no burgers. u can have chicken,fish stuff to the core .lots of juices to b had.
u should have the white of the egg as much as 10 or 15 eggs but not the yolk its like taking poison if u intend to reduce weight.
burn atleast 400 calories per day
this would do in six months ull reduce your hips.

Do lots of walking and some swimming if you can fit it in to your exercise regime.
