I also would like help toning my arms, I've lost definition. Any good diets and exercises?

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Indeed, 120 lbs is perfect weight for your height...close to being a top-model :). I don't know where exactly you live, but if you live in a hot country I think it's a lot easier for you to lose weight. I always lose up to 10 lbs during summer with no effort, only because of the heat and hunger feeling is less than in winter. If you live in a hot country, stick to vegetables (salads, very less olive oil) and fruits. Whenever you feel hungry eat salad and fruits, you'd look amazing in a few months. Drink 2 L of water per day as well, it will fill your stomach and you won't feel hungry so often and it's very good for the skin. As exercise, I recommend you to go for situps and some exercises for butt and legs. Here's a link, you don't understand the language, but look at the photos. Or google for exercises for waist, butt, thighs and legs.

If you stick to it and you're serious about your diet, not giving it up after 2 days, you'll see a new you in 10 months. And I bet you wanna look great in your wedding dress and especially on your wedding night in a sexy lingerie :). Good luck!!

You probably already know the answer to this.

Cut back on your calorie intake, eating.

Exercise, some kind of aerobic exercise, walking, running, biking. It's easier if you have a partner to do this with. Maybe your fiance?

Good luck. Hope it works out for you.
