Apart from the practical difficulties mentioned by the other answers I would like to point out that "you" as a person reside in your brain. So the organ that is being transplanted is not the brain (which is actually the recipient) but the rest of the body (presumably from a brain dead donor). So if it were feasible, it would still not be called a brain transplant but a whole body transplant.

Once the brain is removed from the brain stem it would die, so no brain tranplant is not yet a fesablie thing and the other issue is who would want to live in someone else's body? IF you think about it, Body image is a Huge part of who you are and how you feel about yourself, not to mention the fact that the body would have to be dam close to yours in not only blood type but the skull would have to be close in size to your, how would they hook up all of the nerves that allow you to do all the things that you do?? Transplanting the brain if it ever becomes possible will be the most complicated transplant ever.

The human brain, spinal column and nerves throughout the body control all body functions by sending nerve signals back and forth between the brain, spinal column and all tissues. It is not yet possible to sever major nerve bundles and reestablish them the way that arteries and veins can be repaired (in a heart transplant?). In a brain transplant perhaps the brain could survive but almost all communications would be lost.
