There are many symptoms for cancer and they depend where the cancer is located. But general s/s are:

1) persistent and constant pain
2) wound that never heals
3) discharge
4) changes in shape, size and appearance
5) fever of unknown origin, fatigue and loss of weight

Some lung cancers make hormone-like substances that affect blood calcium levels, affecting nerves and muscles and causing weakness and dizziness.


However, if you don't have any other symptoms; I don't think your dizziness alone constitute cancer.

Dizziness can be a symptom for plenty of health problems. You may have the flu. You may have low blood sugar. The list goes on. If it continue too long check with your doctor.

Most common is loss of a weight, a tumor, a pain.
