I stay in Australia and prefer maximum aussies have eaten all of it my existence to describe the style its salty/bitter. Vegemite is done of diet B so its solid for you yet i imagine the problem human beings from distant places have they spread it too thick like peanut butter or jam it needs to be spread skinny like wasabi paste or chilli sauce. And no it would not make you taller us-a lot less you stood on proper the jar.

Yeah it made me cry, it was beautiful....Actually I couldn't tell the difference from Marmite - probably because I'm an 'ignorant Pom' that smokes too much.
An Aussie mate of mine carries a tube of it with him everywhere he goes, he says they're easier to carry than the little pots.

I'm an Aussie as well, and to be honest, I don't really like it. That could be because I had it every day for lunch all through primary school... But I'd usually eat it with butter, I haven't tried it with sugar.. YET! =)

yea.....I was given a vegemite sandwich one time by some man at work back in the early 80;s.......I just smiled and told him, "yes, I come from the land down under.".... then that queer took my sandwich and ran away before I had a second bite......it was pretty good but I didn't get a second nite....
