I would suggest using the diapers. They hold more and when you change her you don't have to take her pants all the way off as you would with the pull ups. I think diapers are probably better at night too.
Maybe you could get a pack of each and try them and see which one works best for you and her.

diapers hold more than pull ups most of the time, and they leek like aweful from the siides after a short period of time. Pampers announced that they are making a size 7 diaper recently I would check into these. If she moves around alot at night you definately do not want pullups.

When I was caring for my aunt(with advanced Alzheimer's). I mostly used pull-ups. Diapers will hold more, but the pull ups are more comfortable. The only time I used the diapers was if she had diarrhea.

It depends on your 13 yr. old. My sister uses diapers because they hold more (she's 18 and has Rhett syndrome so she doesn't have control over her bladder). Pull ups are convenient for quick fixes in public restrooms because you can just pull them on. But if she's going to be wearing it awhile I'd say diaper.

the poor little girl!!!! i would get those pull ups for overnight instead of a diaper , they work really good and they seem to be more comfortable , it must be so hard to go through what you are going through and i wish you the best .

tell her to use pull ups or else she ll form a habit of wearing diapers which is not right and maybe shed have to face embarassment...she s 13 and u surely dont want to risk it at such an age...play safe!
