My lower back tends to always be sore at the end of the day, whether I worked for 8 hours on my feet or spent most of my time sitting in class. I have a thin build and a fairly large chest. Could this be putting strain on my back? Or could it have something to do with what I eat? Is there a vitamin/nutrient I'm not getting enough of?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I agree with the other answer that you probably need a support bra or even a breast reduction. The actress Loni Anderson has had several breast reductions because she suffered with so much back pain. So this is not unusual.

Place an Ice pack on your back first thing in the morning before work for fifteen minutes and after work for fifteen minutes. This will help with some of the pain.

Take 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice daily to help with the pain.

I would say impoper posture, or your breasts are to large for your body. You can try better support (sports bras) or i hate to say this a breast reduction my soon to be wife has big melons to and a thin build and her back is killing her and the doc says they have to be supported better or reduced.

Spanky.
