I'm trying out this Colgate Maxi Fresh. It is considered "the first and only toothpaste infused with cooling crystals that dissolve in the mouth completely upon brushing to release an intense rush of breath freshening power."

Mine wasn't intended to advertise the product. I thought it was great hype. I do see little squares amidst the toothpaste.

I use Colgate Total because it's active ingredient is Triclosan. Triclosan kills the main bacteria that causes gingivitis. Triclosan is also the active ingredient in antibacterial hand soaps. I figure if it can kill the bacteria on my hands, it can definately kill bacteria in my mouth!

to know brushing teeth is more important than toothpaste for us.i think you should visit a dentist for to learn brushing first instead of searching a toothpaste
