The best would be to find out which automatic translator the person used and translate it back, but mostly it's meant to mean:
I don't worry what you think about me, I am who I am and you change nothing of that.
The "biseauté" has me confused though--I had to look it up (in a real French dictionary) and it seems to mean "edged" in the sense of cutting a pretty design around the edge of a card or something so I don't know what it was meant to be but I doubt that's it. "Changement" is the noun "change"; I'm pretty sure the person meant the verb.

The end of the sentence doesn't make sence. Je n'ai que faire de ce que vous pensez de moi,je suis qui je suis et vous ne pourrez rien changer à cela.
Je.............,je suis ce que je suis,...... .
I don't give a damn to what you think about me,I am who I am and you won't change that!
