here is the key, use it all your life....go in like you don't need the job, desperation never works in your favor........talk if you can, find a picture in the office or laugh about something that happened on the way in, be a person and relax, many people interviewing are not very good at it and they may be as nervous as you.........remember, I don't need this job, works everytime!

Being well prepared will reduce some of the pressure. Do your homework. Learn about the company. Evaluate your abilities to do the job. Be ready to answer any questions that may be asked of you. It is normal to be a bit nervous when going for a job interview. You will do fine.

If you are well prepared for the interview and had plenty of rest yesterday, you should not be that nervous.

Stay away from smoking and high-caffeine food before the interview because they tend to make you nervous.

When you walk into the interview room, smile and greet the interviewer. Take a deep breath and calm yourself down before you speak. Listen carefully to your interviewers.

That is very normal. What I do is I go in there knowing I am going to get the job. And act like its something I do everyday. A daily habit. At first it was kind of hard to get over it but now its very easy.

Practice and preperation are always useful as is remembering to breathe and be yourself. Remember that sometimes the interviewer may be just as nervous as you.

Don't get upset. Must people who interview know you're nervous.
Without being cocky, try to have the attitude that, hey, if you don't hire me, its' your loss not mine.

They won't bite you. Be yourself.
Relax, and good luck.
