Yes, and this is why, if Washington will not do their job, we the people will. This is also why citys and states across our country, are passing laws dealing with illegal aliens, they are just doing what Washington will not do.

definently. a cop once told my father that if we have an intruder/trespasser, i doesn't matter if he's come to rob you, kill you, or whatever, but if he runs out of your house and you shoot him, we better drag him back inside the house or else my dad could be sued because he was not inside the house threatening anyone. how stupid is that? it's like some laws protect the criminals!
