I use it regularly and my nails are long and strong too. Vinegar cures acne, depression and aids digestion. I have not an illness since I started taking my vinegar.

I had this problem until, just before shoulder surgery, I had my first blood test for thyroid. It's called a TSH and it said mine was low functioning (hypothyroidism). That also explained why my fingernails were so wimpy. Since being put on a prescription for this amazingly inexpensive Rx my hair has thickened, my male-pattern baldness has filled in and I have beautiful nails and skin. It also helps keep the weight down.

Go to your doctor & have your thyroid checked. Excessive hair loss is a symptom of an underactive thyroid.
