Woken up? Almost all are still asleep as to why Iran has very good historical reasons not to trust the West one inch.

who knows, had the west not created the horrible mess in the middle east after the first world war who knows.... the ottomon empire managed to keep the peace there. but i guess it was all meant to happen to fufill the prophecy's. there are definately going to be some tough times ahead, especially for that region.

No, I do not think that we've 'waken up' too late. I do think that the liberals in our country need to wake up though. They keep wanting to take it easy, get out of Iraq. I don't think it will happen until we beat the crap out of Iran.
