Yes. I was raised Catholic. I attended St. Genevieve in Van Nuys, California. I still remember the name. It haunts me to this day. I suppose it is just like any other school but I didn't like the discipline. Speak out of turn and you get whacked with a ruler. Ouch.

Yes. Twelve years in all-boys Catholic schools. I am thankful for the excellent education, discipline, and camaraderie. Yes, I loved it. I am no longer a Catholic though, but I regret nothing.

Yes, in Italy. Sixteen years of forced religion. It sucked.

The Catholic School system is bigoted and archaic.

At the time i didn't know any better - I now wish I had a better choice - I was indoctrinated with the catechism and old church dogma 7 yrs of constant brain washing that took me along time to overcome. Greatest waste of time I wish i had of been exposed to more practicle concepts for learning and mind development rather than mind closure.

I have had terrible experiences with science teachers at Catholic schools, or what they were trying to pass off as science.

Once upon a time, I was in something similar to a Sunday school. I did not like it. I tried to convince myself, but I just... couldn't. There are many paths up the mountain of spiritual peace. That one wasn't for me!

Yes, it was just like any other school except Religion class was mandatory to pass and graduate. I learned my ABC's and 123's, science, geography and english just like you would at any other school. (I went to catholic elementary and secondary schools)

yes. IT was okay. (grade 11 and 12...NO BOYS....argh!)

and, oh yeah, grade 2 & 3, but that was mixed and seemed like a normal sort of school. They had hall monitors though, which I had never experienced before, and I had lots of boy-friends! I had my first vision there. (I did not know what a vision was)
