I think it's too neat, you need to mess it up a bit! Get a good haircut and mess it up with some hair product. Or grow it out and get the Ashton Kutcher look maybe.

I think it would look good if you kept the bangs and the back but grow it out at the sides a little so it doesn't look so much like a bowl cut. Poison mushroom pfff, nothing wrong with you.

Get it short on the sides and short on top, but a little longer than the sides so you can stand it up a little with some gel. I think that would look good on you.
Don't use too much gel though!
p.s. It doesn't look THAT bad!

get a perm on the top of the head for texture and get highlights that would be cool if ur willing to go that route otherwise get a really short military cut

It doesn't look bad to me, but might could use just a bit of styling. I would DEFINITELY NOT go with the perm suggestion. Perms only look good on certain people (probably not on you), and only look GREAT on very few people (refering to "tight" perms with little tiny curls, but loose perms might be better looking).
