I was advised to eat something light--like a banana which is a great source of potassium which will help with cramping. It gets the metabolism going which gives you energy. When you finish your run then you should have breakfast that has protein in it. If you don't have time, eat a handful of nuts like raw almonds and an apple or other piece of fruit. Try to drink a glass of milk if you can manage it.
I'm a little confused. First you say you want to lose the layer of fat and then you comment you're not fat. Are you saying you want to get rid of that bit of childhood chubbiness that's still clinging--which is not unusual at your age? If so, maybe you should add some sit-ups. Why not talk to your gym teacher for advice?
Good luck.

You will need to eat a little something, but not too much as you will get nauseous (at least I would.) Eat a banana and a string cheese. No, you can't wake up hours before...but wake up at least 30-40 minutes before and eat right away and do some stretching. NO, what you have heard about not eating after is totally false! I have NEVER heard that. You need to eat some protein soon after and maybe a carb. I run 5K races (3.1 miles) every Saturday and they alwyas have fruit at the finish line and some bagels, etc. You body NEEDS fuel in order to burn calories. Otherwise it will take from the muscles.

You will probably burn more calories if you eat before you go jogging than if you dont. If you eat you will have more energy to work to your best and it will boost your metabolism for the rest of the day.
Eat within 1-2 hours before you go, but dont eat straight before you leave and you wont have any problems.

I don't think eating before exercise is a good idea. I think it causes blood to concentrate in your abdomen when you need as much as possible to be circulating in the muscles that are working. Maybe there's some new thinking in this area, but thats what I always heard, and I did find exercising after eating to always be harder than exercising on an empty stomach. But thats just me.

You should eat. Or else you will only be damaging your cells. Eat at least an hour before you do any kind of exercise to prevent indigestion or nausea.
You can run as long as you can handle it. Your body will tell you when to stop. Try sit-ups and leg-lifts for abdominal strength.

I don't eat before I jog; if I do I get cramps. It's fine to run without eating first; you burn more calories that way. Just make sure you are hydrated.

In the morning is the best time to workout or run because your metabalism is working at its best! If you eat then you will get cramps or feel full so to me that has always kept me from performing at my best!
