Petition the court to dispense the child support requirement since the child lives with you & you can't get a hold of mom. You could always simply stop paying, but A) they could garnish your wages, or B) they could arrest you. Best of luck to you! If you go to St. Luke's Hospital and explain they may help with the shots/cost. Can't hurt to try.

Apply with the local child support enforcement office to get a child support order against the child's mother. If you have a custody order, send a copy to Missouri. The mother of the child, if still in Missouri, can contact the court or child support office and advise them to stop the order also.

What you need is a lawyer. Sounds like the Mother has deserted your son and you need to take legal action to have her parental rights taken away. As for your sons shots-try the Department of Public Health and/or Child Welfare to learn of low cost or free immunizations if finances is a problem.

Call the child's support office in Chicago. Tell them that you pay child's support but the child lives with you now. Ask them how to close the case down. Tell them that the child lives with you and you haven't seen his mother since last year. Tell them that he needs his shots and other stuff. Your case should be closed since the child lives with you now. But if it doesn't then take it to court. You have full custody of you child. They can't do anything about it.

File for custody. You can get a legal aid attorney. Contact your local District Attorney's office and ask them about how to find a legal aid attorney.

Go to your local Public Health Department. They will provide your child with the immunizations he needs.

You have to get legal help. Do it now. Go to a lawyer or legal aid office they can help you. You have to get legal custody of him and your child support is still accumulating until you take care of this. Find out which doctor your son has been to and ask them for his medical records.
