Tell the foreignors it is against the law and if they continue to be depraved sickos they will be shot on sight. Can we pass a bill like that?

This problem could be solved if a minuscule part of the money we now waste in the Middle East could be diverted to enforcement. As I understand the problem, we have fearful foreigners (without English language skills) who are treated like slaves, instilled with fear, and forced to act as prostitutes in many cities across the United States.
Local and national law enforcement needs to step up and focus on this problem. It can be solved with some political pressure.
