I know it's possible st least one way, perhaps more.
I saw a device at BestBuy that cost $99 that can copy from one iPod to another. Perhaps there is cheaper or free, but at least this way works perfectly.
And also transfer iPod to pc, digital camera to iPod, etc.

if you mean, can you download songs from another computer onto yours, then yes. first, click on your ipod display on the left bar on itunes. then click "manually manage music" or something like that. then go to the itunes library, and click and drag the song you want into your ipod library (under the ipod icon). sorry this couldnt be any clearer

If you mean two ipods on one PC, you have to create two different user accounts on your PC. each user will have there own itunes library/account.
