If The airliner disposes the poop at 50,000ft does the insoluble part of the corn vaporize like the rest of the waste or does it find its way to the planet surface.?What type of bacterial contaminants will develop on the journey down.?

This has nothing to do with the military.

Corn has two main components: insoluble fiber and sugar. If you chew the corn, the sugar gets digested, but the insoluble fiber is indigestable. So if you don't chew, the fiber protects the sugar.
