Sperm has no life outside of its function to crate more life. Sperm are part of the system that makes more people. Along with lots of other things, like hairs, and mucous, and eyeballs, none of which have any "life" of their own -- though they are part of a living organism, and they grow and move on their own.

Sperm are living things. They move around. It is a seed and when a seed meets up with certain elements, they grow. Same with sperm. It is a seed that meets up with a certain element to grow another living thing.

may be that is why god make us male and female...
the male carries half the formula to new life, the female carries the other half...
so that no one gender can dominate the earth...
oh back to ur question:
sperm is one-half of a new life...
by itself it is half a life form...
but still, it is a life form... just incomplete...
