If this is the only time you experience pain, i.e. when you wake up in the morning, you probably just need a new mattress. Sounds simple I know, but you certainly wouldn't be the first person to suffer back pain from an old mattress or one that is too hard or soft for you. You can test this theory out by sleeping in another bed in your home, on the couch, or even on the floor. If the pain is any better at all when sleeping elsewhere, I'd say it would be worth the expense to try to get a new mattress before going on any medications long term.

First the cause of your pain and symptoms need to be determined. Then only can you develop a treatment plan to address the findings and work on moving towards curing it. I would consult with a physical therapist (PT) in your area. Depending on the state you live in you may or may not need a referral from a physician. You can use the "Find a PT" feature on the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) website - http://www.apta.org - to help you locate a PT in your area. You want to find one that specializes in the spine/orthopedics.

there is no medication .avoid taking sugar and colas ,junk foods,.sugar is digested in our system by taking absorbing calcium and phospherus from our bones and teeth .correct digestion by changing diet into raw veg and fruits .
try to learn yoga asanas and pranayams from somebody for back pain .for details visit any websites.changing diet and yoga will help your problem .before going to an operation check whether has any body got benefitted by the operation .has it got any side effects etc

My opinion would be that this is probably due to some poor posture and muscle weakness but should probably have that confirmed by someone. Find some good stretches and try and be aware of your posture during the day.

You might want to consider a massage therapy or acupuncture for your ache. In your case, I would recommend acupuncture first. See if there is any Chinese medicine practitioner in your neighbourhood.
